The Cybercity is located within the development of the Ebene CyberCity, a new generation of the state-of-the-art Knowledge Park in the “Ebene Triangle” of Mauritius. The client envisioned a pair of office towers on a high visible 12,200 sqm land, which is to be aesthetically compatible to the overall sophisticated image of the Cybercity.  The architectural intervention here creates elevated courtyards with landscaping where they are being injected as the main design theme within the sleek curtain wall facades. Rising above the 8 storey high office blocks are the feature aluminium screen walls, shielding the south eastern façade from the notorious Cyclones.

The tower blocks form a cohesive dialogue with the physical environment it is in simultaneously celebrating the advancement of technology in terms of its building program and function. The ground level of the building forms a close knitted network of paths that ensures smooth pedestrian traffic and ensures ample amount of space for the users to take ownership off.
