We begin by understanding clients’ aspirations and turning them into schematic designs through sketches, study models, images, and 3D visualisations for clear communication.
We advise on appointing the right consultants – structural, M&E engineers, quantity surveyors – and, where needed, bring in specialists for lighting, acoustics, or landscape design. Good design is always collaborative.
SUBMISSION
As a registered architectural practice in Singapore, we manage regulatory compliance, authority submissions, and approvals, navigating complex requirements with confidence – a key capability of leading architecture firms in Singapore.
Documentation
From concept to detailed joinery, every element is refined and documented. With expertise in both architecture and interiors, we ensure a cohesive outcome that balances aesthetics, functionality, performance, and sustainability.
Tender
We run a structured tender process, providing transparent cost comparisons, evaluating bids, conducting interviews, and recommending the most reliable builder – a critical step for successful contemporary house projects.
Implementation
Acting as Project Lead / Superintendent Officer, we oversee construction, manage site meetings, technical coordination, instructions, certifications, budgets, and schedules. We supervise the project through to completion and handover, including obtaining TOP / CSC approvals.
