Golden Pagoda Temple

The International Architectural Awards are the highest and most prestigious distinguished building awards program that honour new and cutting-edge design. This annual program, organised by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies promotes international architecture and design to the public audience globally. This year, the Museum received a record number of projects for new buildings, landscape architecture, and urban planning from the most important firms practicing globally.

The 2019 Jury was held in Vilnius, Lithuania and over 100 projects were selected from a shortlist of 380 by a distinguished jury of Lithuanian architects.. On Friday, September 13th, 2019, The Chicago Athenaeum, together with The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, will open a special exhibition and reception of all awarded buildings at our annual symposium, “The City and the World” at The Contemporary Space Athens.

It has been an honour for AR43 Architects to have Golden Pagoda Temple selected as one of the winning project for the Award.
