The proposed development is located within a prime central business district, in Jakarta – Mega Kuningan, designated for commercial, integrated hotel and service apartments. Designed to be an up scale business hotel with 200 guestrooms and suites, as well as 115 serviced apartments with separate entrance, an all-day-dining, a cozy Bar & Restaurant, function and meeting rooms, a fully equipped gym and swimming pool. A sky garden on the roof of the building offers fashionable outdoor dining with panoramic views of the downtown central districts. Both guestrooms and apartments are an elegant retreat with private balconies, a place for respite that still reflects the energy and electricity of the city.

The proposed architecture for this hotel development in Jakarta was a play on modular design. Spatially, the high volume hotel lobby is designed to be clean, modern lines in keeping with emergent energy of Jakarta.The configuration of rooms and how the levels are being designed reflect a sense of unconventional verticality. Both guestrooms and apartments are an elegant retreat with private balconies, a place for respite that still reflects the energy and electricity of the city.

The shifting of these modular spaces creates an interesting façade on the building. This enables the architect to push the design further through incorporating elements of biophilia on some parts of the building.
