Victoria Park Villas’ Sales Pavilion
Perched on the higher ground in the prime District 10, Victoria Park Villas is one of the CapitaLand’s most prestigious landed housing developments in Singapore. AR43 was commissioned to design the sales pavilion for the launch and marketing of this development. Supported with a series of very slender steel columns and a large roof, the pavilion was designed to look extremely light and luminous, emphasises on simplicity, elegance and openness towards the majestic trees, winding roads and the tranquility of the neighbourhood.
